Brett is an award-winning Partner of Bertoldo Carter Smith & Cullen. He earned his undergraduate business administration degree from UNLV before receiving his Juris Doctor from Willamette University School of Law. In 1996, Brett joined the law firm of Benson and Bertoldo and immediately devoted himself to the practice of personal injury and wrongful death law.
