Torchy's Tacos Sued After Customer Contracts Salmonella
Earlier this week, a lawsuit was filed against a Torchy’s Tacos restaurant after a young customer contracted salmonella when he ate contaminated onions. The suit was filed by the child’s mother, Ching-yi Ortiz. Unfortunately, soon after the child contracted salmonella, he had to be hospitalized in intensive care.
