This summer has been noteworthy for Steven Gursten, Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Michigan Auto Law president and attorney. He was recently named President of The Melvin M. Belli Society, at its 72nd Annual Melvin M. Belli Society Seminar at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Gursten was also a speaker at the seminar, his topic was: “Let your Fitbit do the talking: Proving damages and liability.”In addition, he was recently named president of the Distracted Driving Litigation Group for the American Association for Justice (AAJ).

The announcement was made at the AAJ 2019 Annual Convention at the San Diego Convention Center where Gursten both moderated and presented during the Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation track.The Melvin M.
